I'm tired of buying huge clothes and feeling low self-esteem because of my weight. I want to jump start my life and achieve my goals and start living the life I've always wanted! I want to be happy with myself and have more confidence.

I want to loose weight so that I can lead a healthy life. My Program:
1. I will do cardio or turbo jam, at least 5 times a week and 25 minutes a day. 2. I will sleep at least 6 hours a day on time. 3. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. 4. I will handle my stress by NOT Procrastinating what I Have to do! Exercise Plan Morning 1. Turbo Jam - Cardio Party or 2. Turbo Jam - Sculpt or 3. Turbo Jam - 20 minute or 4. I'm a mix Asian, 30 + college student. I LOVE photography and making graphics. I also like Martial Arts although I haven't been active for quite some time. My favorite show on TV is Supernatural. :D
