Don't Give Up!!!!!! You can do this! We all just have to rely on each other for support and encouragement. I was so discouraged when I first started with SP, but now I watch everything and check in to the site daily to read inspirational stories about people just like me. The support here is incredible!

I started at over 300 lbs, but now I'm down in the 200's. It doesn't seem like much to some people, but for me it was a great accomplishment! I look at every 10 lbs as a mini goal. It's baby steps to a healthier, happier new me!

Wishing you the best of luck in your journey! With the help of SP, YOU CAN DO THIS!

don't give up! you are so worth it! it does take time, especially at the beginning when everything is so new, and sometimes foreign! There are so many motivating people on this website to pick you up when you are down and to cheer you along as you lose weight! This is definitely a lifetime journey but it is an amazing one at that.

Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!

I just read your message on the boards and don't know enough to know what you've tried and what does or doesn't work.

BUT I am proud of you for calling out to all of us for help. Good for you!

NOW let's see what we can to do get you back on board.....
Here are some questions:

1. Are you setting little attainable goals or just one big huge far away "never gonna get there goal"?
2. Are you rewarding yourself for the LITTLE improvements you are making?
3. Do you realize that if you are changing bad habits it takes about 2 mos. for that to be "real"? Each day you do something good for your health you need to celebrate regardless of what the scale says.

Hope this helps even a little bit!
