New Goals, New Life

I have decided to change my intro text because I am no longer just trying SP out....I am fully hooked. For the first time in my life I have found a "weight loss" program that allows me to focus on something other than my weight. I tend to let the scale have complete control over me. I can have an amazing week where I ate what I should, exercised like I should and that damn scale can take away my victory with 3 little numbers!! SP has taught me that it is ok to create other goals and not ...

I figure that as long as I have proper nutrition and training my weight will take care of itself:) Here's to my new life as a triathlete!

You are so right! The scales are not the big thing. It's those changes that make you feel better. My walks are preparing me for a 5K walk and, hopefully, a walking tour in England next year. What wonderful goals and how cool if the weight comes off. You want to feel better and do things, not worry about the scales!
