This Time Works!

I mean, seriously, how many times do I have to yo-yo my way through life before I get this right??!! I've learned a lot and made many many changes to get healthy---I'm the healthiest fat person I know! But now it is time to pull all the pieces together and GIVE MYSELF the life I've always wanted.

I use the nutrition tracker and follow my carbs/fat/protein requirements carefully. Exercise, yeah, well, ....OK. I have worked myself up to 30-40 minutes in the past (when I lost 51 ...
I mean, seriously, how many times do I have to yo-yo my way through life before I get this right??!! I've learned a lot and made many many changes to get healthy---I'm the healthiest fat person I know! But now it is time to pull all the pieces together and GIVE MYSELF the life I've always wanted.

I use the nutrition tracker and follow my carbs/fat/protein requirements carefully. Exercise, yeah, well, ....OK. I have worked myself up to 30-40 minutes in the past (when I lost 51 lbs) but now I'm sidelined and have to start all over. *sigh* Discovering I have arthritis in my neck with herniated discs impinging on my spinal cord is not helping, it has decreased the use of my right arm/shoulder. So for 2 weeks I've been doing slow stretches, and today I can actually lift my arm up to shoulder level without severe pain, so I am feeling excited!

I know this will work, I know how to work it, I JUST HAVE TO DO IT.

I just love your Spark name! When my youngest daughter was little - she would never stop talking! On & on & on... LOL My Mom always called her "Chatty Cathy" after the dolls.

Hi Cathy -

The treadmilling at Planet Fitness has been great - but of course do not get there as often as I need to, and have been really stressed out at work. They put out chocolate candy and I've been eating it. Over 600 cals today in fact. Yeah, I tracked it. Not good. I'm heading for the gym tonight to work at least some of it off..... slightly off track, but have not given up.
