Learning to love myself in all the shapes and sizes that I find myself in! Found Crossfit and love it! Working on becoming stronger, fitter, faster!! I am a SAHM of three wonderful kids and happily married to a wonderful and supportive hubby! I have been going to the gym for years and always very active but I could never get to my goal weight! 2011/12 Goals: Get to 150 lbs by July 30th ( bday)
Run 5km~30min-done
Run 10km Sun Run-done
Mad Moose half marathon-Sept 2014-maybe if I start running again
Complete my first ever mini triathalon
Complete the Tough Mudder in June 2012 -done
Complete the Run for a Cure - done
Crossfit Open 2015
Hike mountains(always a goal)
Have FUN doing it all!!!




2010 Goals:

Make 25lbs disappear and never come back!

Run 5km race again this year and aim for the 10km sun run( Done)
JUNE 6th-Y family fun run 5km race
Climb some mountains!!

Have fun, stay positive and make this happen!

My Program:
I am going to the box as much as I can.
M-Crossfit
T-run/cross country skiing /snowshoeing
W-Crossfit
Th-run/cross country skiing /snowshoeing
F-Crossfit
Sa/S- Anything fun with my family...bike, hike, run ect...
5-6x times a week
When I can't get to the gym I am using my workout videos-Ripped, Biggest loser ect...
Starting to run-2-3x a week (trying)

I am tracking my calories(this is a tough one for me) drinking 8 glasses of water and trying to eat all my fruits and veggies!

No excuses this is my year to reach my goals and mark them off my bucket list one at a time!!!
