What in Life do I want?

I started with Spark back last summer. I had already lost 25 lbs, but needed something or someone to help me do it in a more healthy way. That is were Spark came in.

I have reached my 60 lbs goal...but feel I need to somehow keep learning better habits.

Instead of turning to food for comfort, I am leaning to take walks. But I have to work on this. 85 % of the time I have done ok. But those times..I have found that if I allow myself to step backwards it will take me ...

Now the Holiday Season is coming to a end. Not to sound terrible...I have reached the place where I am tired of food..and parties. I want to get back to being healthy once again.

I found..I feel better in body soul and spirit when I eat better foods.

Awesome, I want that! ! But its so hard to get motivated! Baby steps my mom always said in the past when I wanted to do something. So first eat healthier than get motivated to exercise, I already walk quite a bit.
