Ugh! I am fat!

I am a 31 year old married mother of 2 very active children. I have always juggled with my weight, as a teenager I was very active with sports and thought at 5'4 & 110 I was still chubby! What I would give to be 110 now! Well, here I am at 31 years old and at 188! After I had my daughter 9 years ago I have just added & subtracted weight. I am done yo-yoing and want to lose & maintain my weight once and for all!

I started Sparkpeople on February 2008 at 164 and was down to 133 ...

I started Sparkpeople on February 2008 at 164 and was down to 133 by May! I was so amazed and loved my fit body. Then it happened....I quit Sparkpeople & started eating again! I am actually at my heaviest weight ever now-188. I was torn between beating my head against the wall or reaching for a bowl of ice cream-I chose the "other" option and am back on Sparkpeople and BACK ON TRACK!

I am relying heavily on Yoga & Pilates for strenghting & toning my body, working out at the gym for cardio, and walking to help burn the calories for weight loss. I was drinking a 16oz mocha w/ whip cream everyday, and am going to limit myself to 1 per week. I have completly eliminated soda from my lifestyle. I have been drinking between 8-10 8oz glasses of H2O a day.

Track Food
Drink 8-8oz glasses of water a day
Track cardio

DAILY LIFE GOALS:
Eliminate my daily mocha habit
No soda
Do some form of cardio every day

My Program:
I am hitting the gym every day before work. Mostly focusing on cardio right now to burn fat. I am also doing some Yoga and pilates.
