Hii! I'm Charm and I'm 23 years young, I'm a college graduating senior (woohoo!!). I'm on spark people because I want to be healthy. I used to weigh 100lbs lighter than I am when I entered college (6yrs ago). But then some terrible things happened..I got into an abusive relationship and became dependent on food and alcohol. So here I am, trying to start fresh, but with little to none motivation. What's your story?

I love people and I unashamedly love God! His faithfulness, and love for all never ceases to amaze me! I want to teach English overseas - first in China. G'day Charm from Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province, China. I am on a 17 days tour of Natural Wonders of China and tomorrow we are going by train to Yichang to board a boat for 5 days on Yangtze River and to see the Three Gorges Dam.

I used to track everything. Now I have not been tracking anything when it comes to food and the only thing tracked is the ST not the cardio. I do not know why it was a habit that I could do fine for over a year and then I just stop.
