I am 30 yr old female, mom of 2 most beautiful and amazing kids. My wii fit age is 45.. I joined SP this year to make my wii fit age 30.

My Goals:
1) lose 20 pounds by my daughters third birthday.---- lost 15 pounds.. :)

2) loose another 15 pounds by my son's 2nd birthday in Oct.

3)0 learn to eat sweets in moderation.---- its a work in progress.. havent figured out a way yet. but keep trying everyday

My Program:
Try to execercise everyday-- usually can do 3-4 times a week only.
Make more healthy choices. -- works well except when it come to sweets

Hi, Charu. Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. You are so right -- it's not about the number on the scale, but about living a healthy lifestyle. I just needed a knock on the head to remind me of that.

BTW, you are doing so GREAT! I noticed that you are only 6 pounds away from your goal. Congrats and keep up the good work. You are really such an inspiration.

Hi Charu - I'm doing OK. Life keeps throwing me curves and making it difficult to lose weight so I'm working on not gaining right now. I'm crazy busy at work and don't seem to have much time after work lately either. I'm hangin' in there though.
