My motto is: "Be the change you wish to see in the world" by Gandhi.
There is so much wonderful in this world I want to keep working until all of it is beautiful and wonderful.

First I must continue to work on myself. Getting healthy, Getting Greener in all actions and being Positive in all areas. All this to be an inspiration to others around me and make everywhere in this world a wonderful and healthy place in which to be.

I will be 53 this year and emotionally I totter between feeling like I am in my twenty's with so much I want to accomplish and do to 60's with all the decisions of growing older brings.
Physically I look younger most people think I am 10 years younger.I attribute this to being a little plump- my wrinkles don't show as bad and never had the stress of a marriage. I do however do not physically feel like I am in my 50's either- the best of it all.

I am blessed I have a wonderful daughter and granddaughter. My mother is still here and is facing multiple challenges of getting older. I have a fantastic Aunt. all of which I stay in contact and see on a regular basis.

Thanks for the comment on my blog.
I agree that all the "ways" to do it might get confusing. For me it was a lot of trial and error before I found something that really suits me and actually helps me lose weight (after 3 years of maintaining I am finally losing again so that's great).

I have a friend who is legally blind and had a call button but she never wore it and now can't find it. I always have mine around my neck even the shower where I might need it most. It gets washed also and the cord dries quickly.
