Being the Change

My motto is: "Be the change you wish to see in the world" by Gandhi.
There is so much wonderful in this world I want to keep working until all of it is beautiful and wonderful.
First I must continue to work on myself. Getting healthy, Getting Greener in all actions and being Positive in all areas. All this to be an inspiration to others around me and make everywhere in this world a wonderful and healthy place in which to be.

"If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence. Determination.
The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying. "Here comes number seventy-one!"

"Three of the most powerful words in the English language are 'I AM RESPONSIBLE.' It's tough to do, but when the day comes that you can say those words, believe them, and mean them, it will be the most liberating moment of your life. Taking responsibility for all of your results, for better or for worse, is taking back your power to create results in your life."
-Tom Venuto

emoticon I am glad you enjoyed my blog about Giverny! Aren't these gardens just awesome? They are just as fantastic as his paintings, I am glad he left all the plans so that they could be recreated a couple of decades ago.
Have a great week! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hey, thanks for your comment. I got my Triathlon bike professionally fitted. Meaning they adjusted everything to my exact bodily dimensions for a more efficient ride. I had to buy a longer neck and a new seat but the difference was like night and day. A tri bike is made to be ridden in an aero position and is totally different from a standard road bike. It is used primarily in long course triathlon events. Typically half or full ironman. The bike leg of the event I am training for is 56 miles so I need all the help i can get.i will probably be blogging about the details later...

Thanks for asking :)

Google tri bike or time trial bike to see what one looks like.
