Hello and welcome to my SparkPage. I'm a Nutritarian, which means I eat based on nutrition. If you haven't read Dr. Joel Fuhrman's book 'Eat to Live' I suggest you pick it up. He has other books that might be helpful if you have diabetes, heart disease and other conditions.

I don't eat any animal products, processed foods, salts, and oils. I plan each meal and use the cronometer.com to track my foods to make sure I get my required nutrition.

My Goals:
♒ LONG TERM GOALS: ♒
1. Within three years I will to lose 161 pounds.
----It will break down like this.----
~ Within a year, I will lose 100 lbs.
~ Within two years, I will lose another 61 lbs.


♒MEDIUM TERM GOALS:♒
1. I will lost 28 pounds


♒ SHORT TERM GOALS: ♒
1. I will lose 8 pounds from Sept1st to 30th, 2016.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast each day.
3. Stretch for 5 minutes each day.
4. Read an inspirational quote each day.


My Program:
~ I exercise 30 mins, 5-7 days a week; walks, workout DVD's, dancing, or gym. I change it up every 4 to 8 weeks to prevent plateaus.

~ Eat more quality foods. The Dr. Joel Fuhrman plan but lean way closer to vegan side.

~ I use SP challenges. I love challenges. They really motivate me and keep it fun. It's fun to see how far I've went through the healthy lifestyle change.

~ I weigh in weekly.

~ Focus on the positive.



Personal Information:
Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment:
- Keep my streak going - Blog to keep me accountable
- Strength Training - 30 minutes 3x's per week
- Cardio - 30 minutes 7x's per week

Fall 5% Challenge Diet Commitment:
- Have daily G-Bombs (Greens, Berries, Onions, Mushrooms, Beans, and Nuts/Seeds)
- 5-8 servings of veggies
- 3-5 servings of fruits
- 1-2 cup of beans
- 1 serving of grains/potato
- 1 serving of nuts
- no oil, no salt, no animal products
- 8 glasses water


Other Information:
