Hiya, I'm 30 years old and looking to lose 33 pounds. I suffer with a long-term illness so I struggle to keep motivated on my bad days and find I cannot do as much as I would like because of the limitations of my condition. I joined the site for motivation and to track my progress, and to meet others for help and encouragement.

My Goals:
Lose 33 pounds and get down to 9 stone 7 pounds.

Fit into a UK size 10.

Tone up and be fit.

My Program:
As much cardio as possible; cycling, rowing, swimming & walking.

Need to include weights and toning into my plan too but they're not my favourite!

Also want to do some exercise DVDs but again, lack of motivation so far...

Personal Information:
I live in the UK in Devon, I am 30 years old, female, and my interests include swimming, walking, indoor rowing and cycling on the stationary bike. I love all things to do with beauty and wellbeing. I love reading magazines; in particular health, fitness, beauty & fashion.

Other Information:
I'm having a hard time learning how to love myself. I worry about my mistakes as much as anyone else does, and I find it hard to overcome when I feel I've let myself down. I'm hoping that this site will help me to make a complete lifestyle change so that I can have the confidence and self-respect I deserve from taking good and proper care of myself.
