    Kerri just keep in mind this is something you are doing just for you... something that you truely deserve. Happiness... You are a wonderful person and a great friend..... as soon as you realize that you deserve good things in your life .... They will be yours for the taking!! Chin up.... it's just life it happens.... don't take it too seriously no one gets out alive lol.... March 1st walks kick back in so lets keep our fingers crossed for warm weather!!

    Thanks Kerri, I'm feeling much better now that all that nasty and bad holiday food is in the past. I'm back to working out everyday and watching what I eat again, I got some work ahead of me to get where I want to be. And I think everyone is searching for that something in their life. Life would be boring without the search I guess. I felt lost for so long it is going to feel really strange to be happy and normal again! No more drama, or people that drive me crazy or bring me down with their crappy daily attitude, the wind is blowing my black cloud right on outta here! You'll find whatever it is you are looking for or lacking from life right now.....all things happen for a reason.

    KERRI!!!!!!!!!! First of all let me say that you need to lighten up on yourself! You are a great person! This losing weight thing isn't easy and you can't get down on yourself! I know how you feel, I have felt that way before too, I did that for 10 years. I always thought that people wouldn't like me for how I looked. What I have learned though is that those kinds of people are so superficial and they have it all wrong. It is true, the inside and who you are as a person is so much more important than how you look on the outside. You are a wonderful person and funny, smart, and not afraid to be yourself! You need to learn how to love yourself for who you are. To heck with people who judge, who cares! This is the hardest time of the year to stay with a diet/exercise routine. Take a deep breath and re-evalutate what you want, where you picture yourself being in summer, and how you can get there. Throw out that darn scale.....all it is is a number! Isn't it really all about just feeling better? You have to realize that this is one of the hardest things to do in life and that it is okay to lose it once in awhile. Don't give up on yourself, none of us have given up on you. : ) Be strong!

    It happens Kerri, but you have the right idea. Start fresh, put your past behind you and just look ahead and forward. Everyone has those days where they want to quit or they feel down on themselves but what matters is how you handle yourself and most importantly that you don't give up on yourself! Let me ask you this: you lost weight and got skinny before right? That just shows that you did it before so you can do it again! You had success before so you know what your body needs in order to do it again. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! You're a great person and YOU have control over yourself! YOU can do anything you put your mind to because you are a very determined person! We are very similiar people. I lost weight after high school, kept it off for about 7 years and went right back to bad habits and gained it all and then some back. You've had your ah ha moment, now it is your time to get back to where you want to be for yourself! You have to want it bad......you can do it, you will be successful, and you will be very happy with yourself again! I have faith in your ability to do this and so do all your friends who are there for you when you need them!
