Hope you are doing well with the challenge. A 3 pound loss is a good start. There is nothing here on your page to indicate your progress. I'd like to suggest that you put up a chart similar (or copied from) the one on my page.
As for me, I have been working out for the first time in years and adding muscle. The weight loss will follow when it is ready.
