My current goal is to be as consistent as possible in developing the good habits I'm working on, and keep my spark streaks going!

If I bite it, I write it. I'm being meticulous about tracking everything I eat.

I drink my 8 glasses of water every day.

Next, I need to focus on being consistent with physical activity. I'm still on-again, off-again in this area.

Even if it seems like a small thing, but it is important enough to you to think about or wonder about, put it out there on the boards, someone will have the answer, or will have been there and can help you. I'm glad you understood what I meant!

I agree that maintenance is incredibly important -- heck, I've lost and re-gained a lot of pounds (cumulatively) over the years, and I certainly don't want that for anyone. (And I can't believe that people actually glared at you -- I really hope I never do that, even on my worst days! But it's the *keeping* losing after a certain point that I don't get. I mean, how small is "small enough"?
