There I have said it and there is no taking it back. I know what I need to do, but the doing part is where I have my problems. One of my biggest road block is my husband. He means well but for the most part he feels we can't afford to buy healthy food; and yeah money is tight but we can do a little better then what we buy, and I do try. I also have a few health problems I have to learn to work around. there's is the bad back, bad feet, frozen shoulder, and so on. I know this does not mean I can do any kind of exercise, so I have to look and find what I can do and stop looking at what I can't do. So here we go day of my new get off my ass and do the work if i want to loss the weight plan! Happy losing!

My Program:
To learn to make better food choices, drink more water, and work out at least 3 times a week. I am tried of always being one of the fattest people in the room. I want o be able to set in seat of an airplane and not feel like I am going to need the jaws of life to get me out.

Hi my name Char, I am 51. I live in St Joseph Mo. I have been with my husband Tom for 21 years, married for the last 10. We have 4 children, Eddie,( we lost him in Iraq 7/27/2005) James , Denise & Dennis . We have 12 grandchildren.
Other Information:
I am a member of the American gold Star Mothers INC, don't know what a Gold Star Mother is; just ask me. I also belong to Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. ( www.sca.org) It a history group we re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. So I guess you could say I still get to play dress up and make believe. I have my own 4-wheeler and go with my husband on poker runs. I make my own candles and do a little waving & sewing. I collect knives, swords, and dragons.
