I just retired and have been a member of a health club for 15 months and do aerobics classes 3 - 6 days per week. I have toned up, but have lost no weight. After I exercise, I get hungry and eat all the calories I burned off. I need some structure with food consumption!

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I am working out at the gym 1-2 hours daily with an occasional mile with my dog, Bennie. On nice days I am also working in the yard. Also, I am faithfully tracking my foods. Watching calories has been a huge motivator.
