Hi! Thanks for your words of wisdom on my weight gain. I usually weigh myself once a week. I weigh on Wednesday's and at work we do it on Friday. I hit a plateau last week and now up a pound. Not the way I want to go. I think I ate a lot of oatmeal this morning and maybe that is it. I don't know. But, my DS bought an SBox Kinect where you can dance and move without a mat and/or controller. We had a blast tonight. I actually got about 30 minutes of exercise in.
