Thanks for your comment and kind words! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you this week for not journal ling your points, I'm almost afraid to try the Flex program because I'm so lazy and I know I'll be lazy in the journalizing part of it. Core is pretty easy but if I don't lose any weight this week I'm doing the Flex. Have you used that new way to track your points on Spark? I copied the information from a message sent to me and you can go there and change your Sparks info so you can track WW on Sparks!
