I will be a size 10

I am a 34 year old mother of 2, married to a wonderful husband. I have gradually made my way into the obese category...and have recently started WW. I have lost 7lbs in the first 3 weeks and off to a good start. I will be happy just loosing 1 lb a week for the next year...that will be 52lbs gone..by next Christmas...huge accomplishment!!

I am a mother and wife and work a p/t job selling Ghirardelli Chocolate! Yeah...it's a little challenging at times :)

HI there! Just replying to your comment on my blog, yes, the "Show it Love Workout" is a book, by Kacy Duke. It's new, just came out. I love it! There's no dvd of it, but that might be nice, too! Looks like you've made a great start on your healthy journey!

Thanks for your comment and kind words! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you this week for not journal ling your points, I'm almost afraid to try the Flex program because I'm so lazy and I know I'll be lazy in the journalizing part of it. Core is pretty easy but if I don't lose any weight this week I'm doing the Flex. Have you used that new way to track your points on Spark? I copied the information from a message sent to me and you can go there and change your Sparks info so you can track WW on Sparks! Here's the information:
