Hey there, My name is Charlie and I've been an athlete all my life. I work out often, but not enough to compensate for all the partying. Weekday drinking and late-night eating has helped me gain nearly 20 lbs in the past two years. I've tried yo-yo dieting and now I'm ready to make a lifestyle change. I'm super stoked to have found this site and start looking hot once again :)
