Hey there,
My name is Charlie and I've been an athlete all my life. I work out often, but not enough to compensate for all the partying. Weekday drinking and late-night eating has helped me gain nearly 20 lbs in the past two years. I've tried yo-yo dieting and now I'm ready to make a lifestyle change. I'm super stoked to have found this site and start looking hot once again :)

1) Turbo Jam Daily
2) Min. 45 minutes of cardio per day
3) Strength training four times per week
4) Pilates three times a week
5) Eating below 1400 calories per day
6) No fast food or candy

Heya, Charlie! Welcome to Turbo Jam. Looks like you have your program all worked out- With all that cardio, you should be able to get that half marathon with no problems. Join us on the team pages and let us get to know you better- keep us up with your workout progress.

Thanks for the comment, I LOVE turbo jam! Chalene Johnson is an amazing role model, and I want her stomach!! I feel you with the drinking, it seems like all too often we go to happy hour or there is a game on.... it sure doesn't help me reach my goal, but at the same time I can't resist!! (maybe I should try to resist the late night eating that goes along with it!) But with all of the support on this site we can beat it and reach our goals!!!
