Hi Charlie... WOW... A ten miler! Good for you!!!! You go girl! I have increased my running to 5 3/4 of a mile, but am hoping to do a full 10K this fall. Then begin to increase from even that. My goal is to do a 10 miler from Soldier Field next spring and a half marathon summer or fall 2010. So...assuming I'm not suffering from injury or other mishap, I hope to be in good running shape as well.
The Tri is this Sunday and of course the usual jitters are there (wondering as I always do week before a big race, "Why did I sign up for this!" LOL). The water temp is only in the mid 60s with this cold spring we've had. I don't own a wet suit, so not sure if I'll rent one...doubt it.

My first race will be a 5K at Wrigley Field for the Chicago Cubs charities. My sons live nearby there and it's on my oldest's birthday. So...figured it'd fun to meet them down there and go out of lunch to celebrate!
