Hey Brother Garrett! How are you doing lately? Just stopped by to try to keep you motivated. I recently had a really bad week, and that has inspired me to check up on all my friends and see if they need any encouragement.
I know it gets annoying tracking every little detail of what you eat and how you exercise, but it's good to be kept accountable for your actions, plus it makes you more mindful of portions as you're eating.
Also, the worst part about working out is actually GETTING to the gym. Once you're there it's only a small step to actually start working out. It's always getting ready and actually leaving the house that makes me not want to go. So if you can just get yourself there, I know you'll do well.
