My Program:
I use my own set of workouts that i have done research on, talked to trainers, military, and strength coaches. What i came up with is Monday through Thursday i alternate upper body and lower body, Friday i do a Rep challenge and on Saturday i usually go for a walk/run all workouts last somewhere around 20 minuets and the run is longer

Personal Information:
Um, i am 27 years old, divorced, i am a college grade, 2 sons, one is 3 and the other is 6. that's everything i can think of i Am a trainer in training. Since i have lost weight i have felt the want to pay it forward so i have started a company Forever strong and i focus on taking the excuse out of working out. My first official product is still in progress, it is a mobile phone app for working out.

Hey Charles :) Thanks for stopping by my vlog, it means a lot!!

As far as tea goes, when it's green tea I don't opt for any sort of substitutes. I will just drink it while eating a meal or directly after so I don't have that sugar tooth. Otherwise, if I drink other teas, like earl gray, I'll put in a smidgen (oh wow is that a word?!) of honey in it, or else a splash of Silk light (vanilla flavored, milk substitute) :) I hope that helps! I am a bit of a tea fanatic lol
