2015 Here I come!

I made it through Halloween, Thanksgiving, my Son's college graduation and Christmas without gaining any weight! I ROCKED IT!! I had dinner with 2 girlfriends last night for New Years Eve, and we didn't over do dinner or wine. In fact, we were superb!

I am going to keep it simpler this year starting with this blog. I am about to throw away a bunch of old papers, magazines, notebooks, lists, information that I will never be able to use. I have held onto all of this stuff ...

I have held onto all of this stuff thinking that "I might need it" someday, but it is just "weighing" me down. The "stuff" blocks me spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and literally. I need elbow room aka space in my life to function at a higher level and meet my goals.

My Goals:
To reinvent myself... I have already gone back to school and finished my bachelor's degree in 2012. I am now continuing my weight loss efforts. I have already lost over 50 pounds and want to lose another 35 from this point.

Hi, how are you today? I am doing alright. I can not seen to get myself going. I do pretty good at work I have my friend walking with me after lunch for about 20min. When I get home is when all the temptation starts. I have not followed the diet yet and I have not done any working out other then my walks at work. I really what to lose this year. How are you staying motivated?
