Motivate Me

I'm Charlene and I have been battling a weight issue for most of my life. I am looking for new ideas and ways to help me get to my goal. I start off well but when I get down about 30 pounds, I stop. I am a special education teacher and have been teaching for 25 years. I enjoy cooking. I sing in the choir at my church. I have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful daughters.

My Goals:
To get down to 150 pounds. I would like to show significant progress in one year's time.

My Program:
Calorie intake is 1200-1500 daily, I have to watch my carbs for all meals and snacks in order to balance my sugars. Good nutrition, positive attitude and Fitness are a part of my program.

Personal Information:
I'm Charlene and I am 48 years old. I teach special education children. I have been married for 25 years. I have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband.

Believe in yourself no matter what. You are a work in progress. If you believe, you will achieve. One day at a time and one pound at a time.

This is a question I ask myself every morning when I get up to start my day. It helps me get my day off on the right track.
Today I am going to write down all my food, and I am going to exercise and be active throughout the day.
