My Goals:
I would like to lose some much needed inches. I'm so close to my goal weight I can almost taste it. But now that I'm closer I'm beginning to understand - I shouldn't put too much "weight" in a number (bad use of pun). If I am happy with the way I see myself, it really shouldn't matter what the scales say.

My Program:
Make better eating choices, cut calories, but not deprive myself of yummy things. I think if you cut out all the good things, you're bound to fall off the band wagon, and quite possibly not jump back on; at the very least, you'll beat yourself up terribly over it. So I allow myself some yum yums, I feel guilty, but just try to work out harder.

Working out - ahhh, don't we all wish we had time for that. Well, we don't, but we make time. My husband is a great motivator. We try to do some physical form of activity each day, at least 5 days a week. Sometimes we count some fun under the sheets as a work out. :o)

That's it - better food choices, anything in moderation, and exercise.

I'm from Skowhegan, Maine. I'm an Administrative Assistant and Training Coordinator for Occupational Health Research. I'm a part time student at KVCC in an Associate program for Liberal Arts, General studies, Computer Science.
