Thanks CharityDawn for the WooHoo! I think I may play around with the calories, and try to stay on the low-end range. I have been hitting the high-end range of the calories because I need to get my two snacks in to try to keep my blood sugar levels stable. But maybe I will make my snack a little lighter.
Good Morning, CharityDawn! I added you as a friend. Keep up the good work tracking your food and fitness. Don't worry if you don't lose anything one week - it may show up the next week. My SparkCoach told me that some people don't see much weight loss on the scales for 4 to 6 weeks. But I am noticing a change in my body and the way my clothes fit. I had to wait 2 weeks before I lost one pound. UGGGHH!
