I am doing the following

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Juice two of six small daily meals

Exercise 2-4 hours a day

No Sugar, No Wheat

wow! 2,000 miles hiking, biking and swimming is impressive! I do not plan to count hiking for my 615, just jogging, but so far the miles are adding up well. If I can stay consistent, it shouldn't be too hard to make this goal. However, I won't be able skip. I love running outdoors, even in cold or heat, so I will try to do some extra miles to make up for shorter jogs in extreme weather. Today I only did 2 miles because I ran a wooded trail with 3-4 inches of snow. Hard, slow miles, but good for the legs!
