Hey there! Thanks for your comment and for your support. I've been a slacker already and I just got started! It's been a rough week for me, but I am ready to get back on track this week. I too am starting small. Just a few changes to watch what I eat and eat smaller amounts. Then once I have that under control it will be a full blown diet. My goals for this week will be to make sure I drink 8 or more glasses of water and to excercise at least 4 times. What are your goals this week? Good Luck! 2775 days ago
Congrats on your beautiful baby girl and welcome to the Losing the Baby Weight...and More team! I'm so glad you found us! I just had my daughter on July 17th and can definitely use all the support I can get to keep me motivated! It's easier doing it with other people so I hope you'll stop by the team and post often.
