My Goals:
My goal is to swim/aquatic fitness
30/30 x5 days week

Take a multi vitamin and vitamin 2 daily
increase water to 8-10c daily

decrease sugar beverages

My Program:
I weigh in 2xweekly between 7-8 am before I eat.

Personal Information:
I have realized I tend to eat for comfort ,ie chronic physical pain, and chronic emotional and verbal abuse...I make wiser choices with relationships and create a lifestyle that promotes mind, body, and soul.

Any tips on being a grandma...I'm new to this!
