New City New Body!

Hey Everyone! I have been on SP for quite sometime. I have started over several times but I dont let it discourage me because I will eventually get to my goal. I currently reside in the NY/NJ area and the cold sure makes me not want to do ANYTHING lol. I am hoping Sparkpeople will aid in helping stay focus just like it did the first time I lost weight! I am truly down to earth and would love to hear from other people. Hit me up anytime! :)

I am drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day

limiting my calories to 1400-1700 a day

working out ATLEAST 3 times a week but pushing for 5.

Spending as much time as I can on Spark..learning and reading great inspirational stories to keep me inspired to keep going!

I hope it went well for you and you are meeting your goals emoticon We have to keep working our goals and if it isnít working tweak them so they can work for us. Sometimes in weight loss we must problem solve. We must analyze our eating (by tracking) and make sure we are getting enough daily exercise emoticon emoticon (by setting goals) in an effort to get rid of our unwanted pounds emoticon We donít have much time left in this year so lets make it count Letís kick so butt emoticon
