My Goals:
My goal is to be at my target weight by the end of the year. Most people begin at the beginning of the year, but my goal is different. :-) I only need to lose 24 lbs to get to my goal weight, and I think it's very doable. I think it came out to a bit over a pound a week? I'm excited!:-)

My Program:
I'm going to follow sparkpeople. I'm going to track my food and exercise every day. I'm going to drink more water!

Personal Information:
My name is Chantel. I live in South Florida. I moved down here from New York when I was 12. I'm almost 20 now :-) I live with my boyfriend and our dog, Sunny. My highest weight ever was 157lbs. I became a vegetarian and lost weight until I was about 120lbs. Then I gained some back! I'm hoping to get rid of it for good this time!

Other Information:
I go to school at FAU in Davie, FL. I'm studying to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I should graduate in about a year (the end of the next Summer semester). After working for a bit, I plan on getting my MBA then a PhD in probably Finance. :-)

Hey Chantel! Welcome back (I suppose thats right! teehee!)

I love the way you've looked at your weight loss goal as its around a pound a week to reach your target! I really do just love that!!! So good luck!!!! Oh and dont forget to review it after a couple of months! You may be surprised to find that you need to lose less a week! Woohoo! I cant wait to watch your progress!!!
