hoping to lose with a little motivation!!

I have been on SP for a couple years now, I sorta lost track of it for a while. I started out at 145 lbs, when I joined, and just this summer past went all the way up to almost 155! Too much summer fun!! Well, I decided I couldnt allow that and got strict with my excercise. I am now down to 135 and continuing to lose. I am back on track, and just love SP for all the helpful info , and support!

My Goals:
Editing my goals now! Last entry states I quit smoking 7 mts ago, well now it's been 2 years and 3 mts! I feel amazing!! My goal was to lose 20 and keep it off. Well, I have lost 20! My goal now is to tighten up, shape and tone myself and keep the weight off with a healthy diet , and exercise.

My Program:
Twice a day on treadmill. At least 6 kms per day, more depending on day. 200 crunches a day, every day. Weight and resistance training. 50 squats and plie squats everyday. 20 pushups, alternate days of leg curls.

Personal Information:
32 , Canadian. One son, 15. Live in NB

Other Information:
I enjoy gardening in the summer and preserving for the winter. I enjoy knowing what I'm putting in my body

emoticon I am happy for you, you must keep up the good work. It is very important for you to keep the weight down and exercise . I never thought that I would have needed to change my whole life style like I had to lately. Now that the last three bad years have past I now can concentrate on me. So ya !! I'm finally enjoying life...they say it's never to late. I have to thank spark people for all their help and info.
