I am making new and better food choices. I am also drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to all this i am trying to exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am also taking 2500 steps everyday.
I am a Happily married mother of 4 almost grown children. My spiritual walk is the most important thing in my life.
I love to do crafts, cook and cook.
