Hello, welcome to SP and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your introduction. I love the nutrition tracker and I'll tell you why...well, you already said it in a way. Even when we don't eat exactly as we should, when we put it down in black and white and living color, it's hard to keep fooling ourselves and how can we expect to improve if we don't really know what we're currently doing? So yes, track it, track it all and then when you see the entries you know you don't want to see, make changes. Don't try to change it all in one day or even one week but steadily make changes and they will all build up to big changes and big results. I am so sorry that your family cruise was more fun for others in the family than for you but I am glad that you saw that you need and want to make the next family vacation your time!
