Sailing to my new lifestyle!!

Updated goals: My husband & I started a lo-carb diet this past Monday. We BOTH need to drop some weight and as the lo-carb diet is not my chose, it is the only thing my husband will do.

We have a near-term goal for July and then the next goal set for September.

I want to lose 30 lbs, and I'm not putting a final date down this time. I have several interim goals.

We will do it!!!!

Great job this week - you lost that pound last week and kept it off this week. I find that maintaining is much harder than losing the weight. A pound off for good is a good thing! Congrats! emoticon
