Sailing to my new lifestyle!!

My near term goal is for our 30th wedding anniversary this November. We, my husband & I, made a promise to each other to lose some weight before go on a special cruise.

So far, I'm on track, and plan on staying on track!!! I've got about six more pounds to go to reach that goal.

When we return, I plan on resetting my goals for the end of May. I've discovered, only after reading and being told, that short term goals are the best.

I WILL DO !!!!

Continue to record all my food intake, counting calories and fat grams. Take my Alli pills 2-3 times a day.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Weight loss is a journey, there will be set backs, good moments and bad. But just remember we all start and stumble but it is the journey, which makes us who we are. Stay strong, stay motivated and shine bright!
