Hi, My name is Chandelle. I'm a 28 year old mother of 2 VERY active little boys, and a wife to a wonderful (and also active husband) I joined spark to try to get back to my pre-baby weight and body, OR at least get as close as I can. My Goals:
I want to stick to a 3 day a week intense work out with CrossFit, no matter how hard it is to get up that early ;). I want to also add 5 days a week of cardio to my every day lifestyle on top of that. My goal pants size is going to be a 9 (single digit) to START and then I will see from there what works for me now, post baby.

My Program:
I am sticking to the caloric intake spark suggest for my weight/height etc. I am also attending Crossfit Lake Tahoe 3 times a week for an hour each session as my regular plan. I'm sure there will be much more than that in my day to day life, but that's the main things I will be sticking to.

Other Information:
I love hearing about new workouts, recipes, and ideas that help the average busy mom lose weight, and stay in shape. I especially like things that I can incorp. my kids into, ex: stroller strides, mom'n'me swim classes, kid friendly healthy cooking and recipes.

Welcome to the Crossfit Team. SP is great - just have to use it.

I am Mommy to a very active 4-year-old girl and do Crossfit at 6:15 am 4 days a week. We incorporate her into our Wogging workouts and she's been in a few 5Ks.
