My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.

My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking. Winter is time for snow shoes and XC skis.

KT is great added support. I use it for PF prevention. The Achilles should be easy to tape. Check it out on YouTube.

Thanks for your comment on my medal. That is all we (race participants) talked about after the race! I am donating it to Medals4Mettle.org since I know some child with a challenge will really get a charge out of it!
