My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.

My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking.

13 point freakin 1 = 2:29:41
New PR of 2:22:22 9/14

9/14 5k PR = 26:58 (better then I ever thought I could do)

11/11 10k PR = 61:31 (would like to get under 60)

I just signed up for the Biggest Loser Chicago HM. Aug 2. Five weeks to train, so it is going to be a fun run for me.
