My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.

My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking.

Personal Information:
9/13 First Half-Marathon,
13 point freakin 1 = 2:29:41 PR

9/12 5k PR = 27:00 (better then I ever thought I could do)

11/11 10k PR = 61:31 (would like to get under 60)

AND a Very Happy Last Day of 2014 to you too! We finally stopped running trains about 10 days ago. We will start running again on Valentines Day. I have to figure out a different way to fit in the walking and a couple of other things. My plans have totally gone out the window.

emoticon I am so glad you are back. I hope you find your sparkgroove again. Sometimes it's hard to get the sparkmojo back, especially with the holidays looming upon us.

I hope you find lots of joy this holiday season. I know you have had a rough year in the loss department. Keep your family close, and make new and meaningful traditions.

I am planning my hikes and runs in my favorite city of Tucson. My brother is coming in for Xmas to stay with mom, while I take 2 weeks off. It will kick off my training for 2015, as my last run was on Thanksgiving. I have yet to find a HM in March or April that meet my standards;)
