I have had bad habits since I was 4! I used to sneak downstairs in the mornings and eat food like chocolate, chocolate raisins, cakes etc. all before breakfast. I'm highly surprised I am not yet diabetic! I have a history of depression, binge eating disorder and bulimia and it is only now that I feel capable of tackling the bad habits that I've had all my life. It will be extremely hard to change as I still live in the same environment in which my bad habits flourished when I was younger but I know what I am capable of now. Even if I take two steps forward and three backwards I will always keep trying because one day I will get two steps forward and only one back and I'll begin to make progress :)

My Goals:
When I first joined here I was at 233lbs, 16st 9lbs, or 105kgs depending on how you like your measurements. I then went up to about 17st 4lb and stayed there for a while, but I am now down to 15st 3 lbs! Which is quite good for me. I'd like to get back to being a size 12, which is roughly 12st but my main priority is to keep healthy with exercise a learn to love my body and look after it properly no matter what my weight is.


My Program:
I am a member at my local gym and I've been going 4 times a week for a couple of months now. I haven't lost any pounds because my eating habits still aren't great but I certainly feel much fitter for going and also much more relaxed and healthy mentally.



Personal Information:
I live in Bedfordshire in the UK, I have no kids, still live with my parents as my job doesn't pay enough for me to move out but I am saving for a house deposit! I love watching funny TV programmes, cuddles, cats, food, music, watching sports and fast cars.

    I was reading the article, "Stop Dieting and Start Living! Have You Made the Change?" and saw your comment.

    Wasn't sure if anyone answered you about how to bookmark articles to come back to it later. If you go to the tool bar usually to the left of the article, you will see a Save button, that has a heart on it. These will go to your favorites and can be accessed later.
