My Goals:
I need to lose about 20-30 pounds and my goal is to develop permanent habits.













My Program:
Paying more attention to what I eat and exercising a minimum of 2 hours a week. I have the worst sweet tooth so I am trying my hardest to get my sweets from fruits and veggies.
