The greatest Journey of my lifetime starts here and now.

I am 25 years old. Married to the great man in the world. I have decided that my weighloss journey has to start back after many failed attempts. I've been on my journey now for three weeks and I have lost 15 pounds since I started. I walk atleast 2 miles a day and try to get in a full 45 minutes cardio workout. I am actually keeping track of my food and everything and I have my own personal notebook to keep all my stuff in. So far its been really exciting because one thing thats different than ...
I am 25 years old. Married to the great man in the world. I have decided that my weighloss journey has to start back after many failed attempts. I've been on my journey now for three weeks and I have lost 15 pounds since I started. I walk atleast 2 miles a day and try to get in a full 45 minutes cardio workout. I am actually keeping track of my food and everything and I have my own personal notebook to keep all my stuff in. So far its been really exciting because one thing thats different than before is that I actually have a weight loss partner and we both keep each other moving and motivated!

I'm trying to get my husband involved but he won't but the good thing is, is that he's helping me as far as my food and helping keep track of every little calorie. On days that I work and he cooks he writes down everything for me and thats a huge help!

When I started three weeks ago on March 24th I weighed in at 195 I weighed in at 180 last friday. My goal weight is 145 but would like to be at 135.

I'm on this journey now to prove to myself that I can do it and that I can stick with it. I'm doing this to help motivate others and be free!

Thanks for friending me today! Looks like you are off to an awesome start on your journey, and so lucky to be only 25!! You'll have years and years to enjoy all those rewards you have planned out for yourself! SP is truly a very VERY helpful tool for reaching and maintaining a goal weight. My original goal was also 145, and I went on to my REAL goal of 135. I'm almost 54, so if I can do it I know YOU can!
