My Goals:

My Program:
I need to drink more water, watch my portions, and exercise more consistently. I need to get control of my overeating and to learn to have a healthy relationship with food. I need to eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats (and legumes). No white flour, no white rice, or refined sugar. I plan on staying within my calorie range. I am following recommendations for eating with hypothyroidism. 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat.

My stats (Ugh!!) Height: 5'5" Current weight: 205 BMI: 33.7 (obese) Body Fat Percentage: over 40% 1st goal -- lose 10% of my body weight (20 pounds).
Other Information:
I must create a calorie deficit of 192,500 calories to get to my goal weight... Watch me go. Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can.
