My Goals:
Be kinder to myself...

My Program:
I need to drink more water, watch my portions, and exercise more consistently. I need to get control of my overeating and to learn to have a healthy relationship with food.

I need to eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats (and legumes).

No white flour, no white rice, or refined sugar.

I plan on staying within my calorie range.

I am following recommendations for eating with hypothyroidism. 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat.

Personal Information:
My stats (Ugh!!)
Height: 5'5"
Current weight: 205
BMI: 33.7 (obese)
Body Fat Percentage: over 40%

1st goal -- lose 10% of my body weight (20 pounds).


Other Information:
I must create a calorie deficit of 192,500 calories to get to my goal weight... Watch me go.

Many of us females HATE our tummies..So let's work on it,come on what are you waiting for??
