I have 3 beautiful adult children, 4 amazing grandchildren. I want to be a good example for all those I come in contact with, stay healthy and enjoy life-ups and downs! I thank God on the daily for so many blessings in my life!

PF has new members signing up daily. I am beginning to think that I will eventually see everyone in BG there. I go about 4 days a week. Now, if I could just be more consistent with my eating I would be doing ok. I know that you will enjoy not having to drive that 30 miles to get to the gym.
