My Goals:
My overall goal is to get to 140. I may want to go lower than that but will worry about that later. LOL

My Program:
From reading other pages it seems most people have success with making sure to drink a lot of water, eat certain amount of fruits and veggies and exercising so that is what i'm trying to do on a daily basis.

Yes. I have participated in the biggest loser challenge on here since the beginning of the year. I have tried three teams and they are each a bit different. At first, I thought it was too much. They ask you to post often and give daily and weekly challenges. Then, I got more comfortable interacting and found parts of the challenges that worked for me. Participating in this givs me that extra push to do a little more than I would on my own. Try it out next round. You never know how you'll like it until you try it.
