So it's been awhile since I have been on. My Dad passed away on May 17th 2013. I still have been working on losing but, it's been slowly. I have motivation as my daughter is getting married in August of 2014. Looking forward to the journey with everyone! Let's do this!

Sorry to hear about your dad. That is so hard. It's funny how things like exercise which would actually help us with our stress is often the first thing to go when the stress starts piling up.
Okay, you exercise better this week, and I'll track my food intake and see how we do.
Do you find WW online to make you more accountable than SP? I did WW but it was a long time ago and I never really got into it and can't remember if it has anything to offer that SP doesn't have. 2397 days ago
Yes, I thought I needed to send you another message since it had been a few days.
I must confess I haven't been doing too great. I have been exercising sporadically and eating calorie levels for maintenance not for weight loss. My husband is out of town and that just throws my routine out the window.
Normally he gets up at 5:00 to exercise. Then when he comes home at 6:30 I get up and go running. So not having him around to get me out of bed resulted in my not doing much. I really need that little bit of encouragement from him to get going in the mornings.
Anyway, my scale has been stuck at 145 for the last three weeks. I'm not happy with that.
But in good news, I ran/walked my 5K this morning in 45 minutes when it took me 60 minutes 4 weeks ago. It's still a slow time, but so much better for me that I'm proud I'm making progress.
Hubby's back in town, so hopefully I'll get back on track next week. 2398 days ago
