My Goals:
I will to fit comfortably into a size 12
I will to fit comfortable into a size 10
I will to lose 20lbs
I will to be able to walk more
I will to be able to help my mum more in our new allotment.
My Program:
I will cut unhealthy snacks and foods out of my diet (or cut down to start)
I will slowly get back into exercise
I will help my mum work in our new allotment
I will make healthier choices when I eat out
I will experiment and cook my own dinners
I will plan meals a week in advance
