Hi. My name is Sandy.
I have been on this weight loss roller coaster for WAY to long. It is time to stop the insanity and create a better and healthier life for myself. Today I start my new, healthier, and happier life!

I am learning to live life again. I had found recently that I have not really been living or enjoying life at all. I had been merely existing. So I decided that it is time to live again. I even threw a "New Beginnings" party to celebrate life and what is still to come! I have decided that I am still alive and life is worth living and celebrating!
My new theme song is:

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to take better care of me and to learn to make myself a priority. I need to make some changes in order to live the happy, healthy life that I am hoping to live.

My Program:
Ready to get started.
Closing the door on the past.
Stepping into my future!

So here's my plan:
I am going to log everything that goes into my mouth.
I am going to keep everything in the low end of my ranges (calorie, fat, cholesterol, etc.) 3 days a week. I am going to allow myself to go to the high end of my ranges 2 days a week. I am going to keep it in the middle the other 2 days.

I am going to blog my progress, feelings, health, anything that will help me keep track of where I start and where I am on my journey.

I am going to exercise and log it daily.

I am going to make a paperclip chain, 1 clip for every pound I lose... When I reach my goal I should have 102 paper clips strung together. For each clip representing a 10 pound loss... it will be a bigger paper clip and will represent a reward that I have earned.

My name is Sandy. I am beginning a new lifestyle with me as the center of my focus. I have spent most of my life taking care of everyone else. Now it is time to take some time to work on me. I have big plans for me, and if I want to make them happen, I need to take care of me. So, here's to a new beginning!

Other Information:
I love to read and do crafts. . I just turned a bedroom in my house into a craft room and can't wait to start creating new things. My biggest project is going to be to create a new and improved me!!!

If there’s still something you are unable to do, please modify to meet your specific needs! The point isn’t to show your strength training prowess and be the best of the best.     L- 30 LATERAL LUNGES (30 Seated Hip Extensions)

    F-30 FORWARD LUNGES (30 Squats, holding the back of a chair)

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

    Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!
